A cemetery is a place of reflection and reverence. A place to honour our history with respect and dignity.
Founded in 1875, The Port Dover Cemetery serves as a resting place, a historical record, and reminder of the generations that came before us. Each headstone, monument, marker, or memorial, tells a story. Each name has value, and each visitor contributes to the living memory of those we honour. Over the past 150 years, countless stories have been etched into these grounds.
The Port Dover Cemetery Co. is a registered non-profit organization with a volunteer board. All of whom have a vested interests with loved ones interred within the cemetery..
